Pat McCauley

Pat McCauley is an experienced executive with a strong background in operations, sales, and strategy within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Chief Administrative Officer at Dunmor since September 2025, Pat architects operational systems to enhance sales growth and efficiency. Previous roles include Head of Experience & Enablement at Newfi Lending, where Pat enhanced sales onboarding programs, and Head of Operations at Experience.com, focusing on aligning global operations with strategic goals. As a co-founder of Newfi Lending, Pat played a vital role in developing consumer-direct lending technology. Earlier experiences include senior leadership positions at GMAC, GoalSpan Software, Capital One, GreenPoint Bank, and Headlands Mortgage, contributing to significant growth and operational improvements throughout the career.
