Greg Caldwell

Greg Caldwell joined Dunn Construction in 2012 as an Estimator/Project Manager. Since that time he had primarily served as estimator on private, public and department of transportation projects. Prior to coming to Dunn Greg worked for 17 years at Henry Tyler Construction in Sales/Estimating and Project Management where he was responsible for Industrial and Commercial projects in Alabama and Georgia. Another 8 years was spent with Saiia Construction Company where he served as a Senior Estimator/Project manager. Bidding and managing numerous projects in the Commercial and Industrial sector. These projects ranged from large commercial shopping centers, to power plants to industrial landfills. Greg and his wife Tracy have two children, Luke and Lydia. They attend Hunter Street Baptist Church. Greg graduated from the University of Montevallo in 1989 with his BS degree in Management. Greg spends his spare time fishing, running and bicycling.
