The Training and Coordination Team at Dunn Lumber is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to ensure that all employees are knowledgeable and proficient in their roles. The Flex Trainer provides versatile training across multiple locations, the Videographer/Training Coordinator creates engaging visual training materials and organizes training schedules, and the New Hire Trainer focuses on onboarding new employees to integrate them smoothly and effectively into the company.
