Adrian Boulding

Adrian Boulding is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in retirement strategy and pensions. Currently serving as the Retirement Strategy Director at Dunstan Thomas since August 2015, Adrian also contributes as a Volunteer and Fellow at The RSA CDC Forum, facilitating collaboration among stakeholders in the pensions industry. Previously, Adrian held the position of Chairman at Spire Platform Solutions, Director of Policy at NOW: Pensions, and was the Independent Chair of the Royal Opera House Aviva Pension Scheme Advisory Committee. Adrian's expertise extends to advisory roles, such as Advisory Council Member for the Occupational Pensions Defence Union and Director of Retirement at TISA, where significant initiatives like the TISA & KPMG Savings Index were launched. Additionally, Adrian chaired the Pension Quality Mark during a pivotal period that included the launch of the Retirement Quality Mark, and served as the Pensions Strategy Director at Legal & General for nearly two decades.
