Julia Fintz has worked in various roles since 2002. Julia began their career at SDS Applications as a Project Manager, delivering Retail Banking software solutions. In 2005, they moved to BancTec as a Project Manager/ Business Analysis Team Manager, Business Solutions Group, managing multiple cross-functional teams to deliver a number of retail banking projects. In 2007, they joined Credit Suisse as a Project Manager (Assistant Vice President). In 2008, they pursued an MBA at Cambridge Judge Business School. In 2009, they became Managing Director at Amura Solutions Ltd., providing Software, Programme and Project Management services. In 2010, they joined Lloyds Banking Group as a Programme Manager/ Delivery Lead and Project Manager. In 2013, they founded and became CEO of Lekker Boutique Travel / Lekker Africa, which was purchased by a private investor in 2021. In 2017, they joined Dunstan Thomas (DT) as Chief Operating Officer, Director and board member, providing technology and digital transformation solutions for the financial services market.

Julia Fintz received a Bachelor of Business Science in Information Systems from the University of Cape Town between 1998 and 2001. Julia then obtained a Prince2 certification from the APM Group (Prince2) in 2006, at both the Foundation and Practitioner levels. In 2008, they completed an MBA from the University of Cambridge.
