Prior experience includes a notable tenure as a production supervisor at BSW Timber Ltd from 2014 to October 2022, where responsibilities included directing plant operations, managing teams, and enhancing operational processes. Earlier roles as a production supervisor at James Jones & Sons Ltd and BSW Timber Ltd from 1999 to 2014 further solidified expertise in production management.
