Taylor J Fenn

Taylor Fenn serves as the President of Dunton Commercial LLC, a commercial real estate investment company in Greenwood Village, CO, since April 2014. Previously, Taylor was the President of Walpin & Co, which merged with Dunton Commercial LLC in December 2017, enhancing services for employees, tenants, and property owners. Currently, Taylor is also an Adjunct Professor of Property & Asset Management at the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business, a position held since August 2023. Earlier experience includes roles as Director of Acquisitions, Senior Asset Manager, and Asset Manager at Summit Investment Management from May 2007 to April 2014, focusing on distressed debt. Taylor's education includes a Master of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Villanova University.
