Faith Snyder

Faith Snyder is an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a diverse background in primary care and specialized services, including HIV care. Currently serving at Duo Health since January 2024 and ComplexCare Solutions since February 2021, Faith has previously held roles at Agape Family Health, Well Care LLC, and Positive Health Alliance, Rivercity Primary Care, Baker County Medical Services, and American Care Medical, focusing on comprehensive patient care, physical assessments, and wellness exams across various age groups. Education includes multiple Master’s Degrees in nursing from universities such as the University of Boston and Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, along with a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Central Florida and an Associate’s Degree from Florida State College at Jacksonville.
