Chelsea Africa currently serves as the Head of Strategy & Operations at duo&co, where responsibilities include developing and executing content strategies. Previously, Chelsea held the position of Head of Content at Kohort, driving various initiatives such as lead-generating webinars and managing direct marketing efforts. Prior digital marketing roles include Digital Marketing Manager positions at Snapt and Tsogo Sun, where Chelsea was instrumental in campaign performance analysis and social media strategy development. Chelsea’s earlier experiences include social media roles at Builders Warehouse and Media24, along with internships in journalism. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Philosophy cum laude in Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from Stellenbosch University.
