Lech Martynów began their work experience in 2000 as the owner of Profuzja Kancelaria Ubezpieczeniowo Finansowa Marynów. Lech held this position until November 2020. In 2016, they established their own company, Profuzja Lech Martynów, where they served as the owner until January 2023. In 2017, they joined DuoLife S.A. as a marketer, focusing on developing effective habits.

From 1993 to 1997, Lech Martynów attended the Wydział Prawa i Administracji Uniwersytetu Szczecińskiego, where they obtained a degree in Magister prawa (Mgr prawa) with a focus on Sukcesja i Dziedziczenie.
