Marcin Książak

Marcin Książak has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries. Marcin started their career in 1999 as a Sales Representative at Wrigley, where they quickly moved up the ranks to become a Regional Manager. In 2005, they joined PZU where they held several management positions, including Branch Director and Head of Sales. At PZU, they oversaw sales teams, developed sales strategies, and managed client relationships.

In 2008, Marcin joined Falck Medycyna as the Sales and Marketing Director before moving on to become the Managing Director at CARSED Dealer Skoda Auto Poland in 2009. Marcin then transitioned to the advertising industry and became a Co-owner and Sales and Marketing Director at Crazy Orange. After three years, they sold their shares and moved on to become the President of the Management Board at XL STORE, where they managed an e-commerce platform.

Most recently, Marcin has been working at FABRYKA PRZEBOJÓW, where they hold the positions of Vice President of the Management Board and Director of Sales and Marketing. In this role, they are responsible for sales, marketing, business development, and strategy. Marcin has successfully implemented long-term sales and marketing strategies and has personally achieved sales above 1 million złoty.
