Debica Bhattacharya has held leadership positions in various companies such as Duolingo, Chief, DoorDash, Uber, Gilead Sciences, Neuberger Berman, Goldman Sachs, Net2Phone Inc., and BearingPoint Inc. Their roles have included overseeing talent development, total rewards, people operations, HR technology, and global expansion. Debica holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Logistics from Carnegie Mellon University and completed the Chief Human Resources Officer Program from The Wharton School.
