Emily Harding

Emily Harding has extensive work experience in the fields of people programs, talent development, and workforce development. Emily worked at Duolingo as the Global Head of People Programs from January 2022 until the present. Emily'sprevious role at the same company was Director of Talent Development from July 2019 to March 2022. Before joining Duolingo, they were employed at Equifax Workforce Solutions as the Senior Director of Customer Insights from January 2018 to July 2019. Prior to that, they held various roles at CEB, now Gartner, including Senior Workforce Development Lead, Director of HR Research, Associate Director of HR Research, Senior Analyst of HR Research, and Analyst of HR Research, spanning from 2006 to 2018.

Emily Harding earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History with a Certificate in American Studies from Princeton University. Emily then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Effectiveness from The Wharton School, where they attended from 2015 to 2017.
