Joe Adams currently works at Duolingo in a full-time business role since July 2025 and serves as an advisor for Sanlo, focusing on investor relations since October 2020. Prior to this, Joe was the CFO and co-founder of NextBeat from January 2025 to August 2025, and held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Kepler Interactive from November 2020 to January 2025, as well as at The Plum Guide from September 2018 to October 2020. Joe holds a BA and MPhil in Music, Sociology, and Psychology of Music from the University of Cambridge, completed in January 2006, and obtained A Levels from Monmouth School in January 2002.
