Kathleen Santos has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kathleen began their career in 2007 as a Customer Service Representative at Asia Premier One Source, Inc. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at Aegis PeopleSupport Philippines Inc., initially as a Travel Specialist and later as a Quality Assurance Analyst and Quality Assurance Lead. In 2014, they worked at Upwork as a Client Support Specialist and later as a Client Support Consultant. Kathleen then joined CareerBuilder in 2017 as a Research Assistant.
