Kristen Cesiro

Kristen Cesiro has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Kristen started their career as a Graphic Design Intern at Ashton Design in 2006. Kristen then worked as a Web & Graphic Designer at CMJ from 2008 to 2009 before becoming a Freelance Art Director & Designer. In 2011, they joined IAC as a Senior Designer and later moved on to Gilt Groupe, where they held the same position. From 2014 to 2018, Cesiro worked at Homepolish as an Art Director and then as a Creative Director, where they built and led the Brand Creative team. In 2018, they joined WeWork as a Creative Director, playing a crucial role in defining and expanding the brand's narrative and business. In 2020, Cesiro worked at Medium as the Creative Director for Brand & Marketing before joining Duolingo as the Director of the Design Studio later that year.
