Lindsay Addington

Lindsay Addington has a diverse work experience spanning across various organizations. Lindsay currently holds the position of Senior Strategic Engagement Executive at Duolingo since August 2021. Prior to this, Lindsay worked at the National Association for College Admission Counseling, where they served as the Director of Global Engagement from January 2019 to July 2021. Before that, they held the roles of Associate Director of International Initiatives from December 2016 to December 2018 and Assistant Director of International Initiatives from January 2014 to December 2016 at the same organization.

Lindsay also has experience working at the American Council on Education as a Senior Program Specialist in the Center for Internationalization and Global Engagement from January 2010 to January 2014. Additionally, they have worked at George Washington University, where they were the Senior Assistant Director of Admissions from July 2006 to January 2010, and prior to that, they served as an International Student & Scholar Advisor from June 2004 to July 2006.

Lindsay Addington completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication at the University of Delaware from 2000 to 2004. Lindsay then pursued a Master's degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration at The George Washington University, where they studied from 2004 to 2006. Following their Master's, Lindsay furthered their education by obtaining a Doctorate degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration at The George Washington University, which they completed from 2007 to 2011.
