Naveen Shankar

Naveen Shankar started working as a Statistics Intern at Battelle in May 2017 and left in August 2017. From September 2017 to May 2018, Naveen worked as a Teaching Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University. Naveen then became a Research Fellow at the National Institute of Standards and Technology from May 2018 to August 2018. In 2019, they joined Duolingo as a Data Science Intern from May 2019 to August 2019. Naveen is currently employed at Duolingo as a Data Scientist since July 2020.

Naveen Shankar completed a Bachelor's degree in Statistics and Machine Learning, Decision Science from Carnegie Mellon University, which they pursued from 2014 to 2019. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Machine Learning from Carnegie Mellon University and completed it in 2020.
