Ace Wee has a diverse work experience, starting in 2016 with an internship as a Customer Business Development Intern at Coca-Cola FEMSA Philippines. Following that, Ace worked as an Information Analyst at Coca-Cola, where they were part of the Transformations team responsible for improving top accounts. They managed cross-functional teams and generated sales, operational, and financial reports.

In 2017, Ace worked as an Inventory System Developer at FAD Textiles Central, where they transitioned manual inventory counting into Excel and created a running database for inventory management. They also aided in maintaining the system.

Ace later joined Zamboanga Fish Trading as a Purchaser in 2017, where they handled purchasing responsibilities for the company.

In 2018, Ace joined EY as an Associate Consultant and later became a Senior Consultant. As an Associate Consultant, Ace worked on projects for a top telecommunications company, understanding their MSME business, ideating recommendations, and assessing their inventory management process. As a Senior Consultant, Ace led a team in understanding a top e-commerce app company's customer support process and facilitated workshops. They also contributed to drafting client proposal materials and were responsible for their team's learning and development programs. Currently, Ace Wee is working as a Quality Review Specialist (Contract) at Duolingo.

Ace Wee attended De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde from 2013 to 2016. During this time, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management.
