Leon Cruz

Leon Cruz serves as the Head of Production for the Klang Pharmaceutical Division at Duopharma Biotech Berhad since February 2019, overseeing various manufacturing processes including oral solid dosage forms and small volume injectables, as well as vaccines and biologics. Previously, Leon held roles such as Head of the Sterile Production Department and Production Pharmacist at Duopharma, where responsibilities included managing sterile injectable production and developing strategies for compliance and productivity. Additional experience includes a Production Pharmacist position at CCM Duopharma Biotech Bhd, trainee roles at multiple hospitals, and an internship at the Institute Jantung Negara. Leon's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and a Diploma in Pharmacy from Asia Metropolitan University.
