Mike Adams

Mr. Adams has over 26 years of military and 18 years of Human Resources leadership experience. Prior to joining Duos, Mr. Adams served 26 years on active duty in the U.S. Navy in the Submarine Force, 18 years of which was as a Chief Petty Officer. He served two tours as a Divisional Chief, where he led a division of up to 15 junior Sailors through the maintenance and upkeep of all Submarine Auxiliary Mechanical Systems, as well as being responsible for their qualifications, training, and professional development. He served two tours as the Material Maintenance Management Coordinator, where he led ship’s crews of up to 170 personnel in the scheduling, deconflicting, and completion of all preventative and corrective maintenance onboard, as well as the coordination with all contractors in the installation and use of all temporary systems required to complete all tasking. He also served two tours as the Chief of the Boat, where he supervised, managed, and mentored 4 Departmental Managers, 20 Divisional Managers, and 165 personnel in the overall accomplishment of all assigned tasks.

Mr. Adams has a degree in Technology Education from Valdosta State University and is currently working on finishing his MBA and HR certification.
