Mr. Buschelman is responsible for leading the engineering team and the development and success of current and future intelligent technology rail solutions. He recently led the development and installation of expanded RIP subsystems to include 2x23 additional cameras across two existing RIP sites in Canada allowing for a significant increase in the imaging of critical railcar components. Prior to joining Duos, he was the Sr. Manager of the Technology and Performance Group at APR Energy where he led a team to develop and perform reliability-based maintenance procedures by leveraging predictive analytics for enhanced asset management while also acting as the Lead Engineer for engineering and re-design processes of operational aeroderivative gas turbine power plants in North America. Mr. Buschelman held roles as Asset Manager for locomotive and car reliability specializing in rail operations and reliability at CSXT Transportation, as well as Mechanical Engineer 3 for Newport News Shipbuilding.
Mr. Buschelman holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of South Florida.
