Jessica Aulwes

Jessica Aulwes currently serves as the Compensation and Benefits Supervisor at Dupaco Community Credit Union, a role held since August 2023. Prior experience includes serving as the Human Resource Officer/Human Resource Director at Community Savings Bank from April 2021 to May 2023 and as Executive Assistant (Human Resource Generalist/Payroll Specialist) at the same institution from April 2016 to 2021. Jessica began a career in administration within the education sector at EDGEWOOD-COLESBURG COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT, working from August 2009 to March 2016 as District Secretary and Elementary Administrative Assistant. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Leadership Consulting and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Mount Mercy University, along with an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Human Resources Management from Kirkwood Community College. Jessica also holds Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from Mount Mercy University and a high school diploma from Edgewood-Colesburg High School.
