David Roth

David Roth is an accomplished leader in the human services sector with a diverse background spanning several organizations and roles. Currently serving as the Executive Director of the DuPage Federation on Human Services Reform since January 2019, Roth has been instrumental in engaging various stakeholders to enhance community services. Prior experience includes serving as a Policy Analyst at the Illinois Collaboration on Youth, where Roth facilitated a workgroup that informed legislative proposals, and as Chair of Northeast Illinois Community Organizations Active in Disaster, providing leadership for disaster response efforts. Roth's extensive history in social work includes significant roles at Lutheran Child and Family Services of Illinois, focusing on church and civic engagement, and at The Night Ministry, where Roth helped establish youth shelters in Chicago. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Work with a focus on Community Organizing from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's degree from Valparaiso University.
