Kathryn Borge

Kathryn Borge is a seasoned benefits specialist with extensive experience in human resources and benefits management. Currently serving as a Senior Benefits Specialist at DuPage Medical Group since February 2021, Kathryn's responsibilities include maintaining the HRIS system, managing leave of absences, and overseeing employee benefit enrollments. Previously, Kathryn held the position of Sr. Benefits & HRIS Manager at IPC Systems, Inc., where tasks included managing benefits and processing employee transitions. Additionally, Kathryn worked as a Sr. Benefits Specialist at the Muscular Dystrophy Association and began a career in benefits coordination at Crate & Barrel. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northern Illinois University.
