Mike Pacetti

Since joining DMG as one of the founding leaders at its start in 1999, Mike has served as the CFO and a valued leader in the organization. In his role he oversees the strategic and financial planning, cash management, accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, patient accounts, coding and compliance, safety and risk management and physician recruitment.

In 2012, Pacetti was selected as an honoree by the Daily Herald Business Ledger’s first annual “CFO of the Year Awards.” Prior to joining DMG in 1999, he was the controller of Suburban Heights Medical Center, a group practice in the South suburbs of Chicago with over 60 physicians and a variety of ancillary services, including a surgery center.

During his tenure at DMG, Mike has guided the organization through a number of strategic initiatives and acquisitions, including serving as co-CEO.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Illinois State University and is a certified public accountant.
