Lutisha Jefferson has extensive work experience in the field of social work and career counseling. Lutisha worked as an Employment Specialist/Job Developer at DuPage Pads, where they developed relationships with businesses and employment agencies to secure employment opportunities for clients. Lutisha also provided workshops and training for job readiness and retention. Prior to that, Lutisha worked as a Vocational Counselor at the School of Expressive Arts and Learning, focusing on vocational exploration and training for high school students. Lutisha also served as a Career Counselor at Joliet Job Corps Center, where they managed a program for student development and helped students progress in academics and career technical fields.
Lutisha Jefferson, LSW earned an Associate's Degree in Psychology from City Colleges of Chicago-Malcolm X College in 2004. Lutisha then went on to obtain their Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Lewis University, which they completed between 2005 and 2008.
