Robert Lipscomb

Robert Lipscomb is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and web development. Currently functioning as a Freelance Web Developer at BobL Web Design since December 2020 and serving as a Controls Engineer at Duperon Corporation since October 2021, Robert has a broad skill set that includes web page development and custom application development. Previously, Robert held the position of IT Project Manager at Nexteer Automotive from May 2004 to November 2019, leading initiatives for implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and plant floor IT solutions. Robert's earlier experience includes roles at Delphi, encompassing responsibilities as a Sr. HR Representative and Supervisor of Control Systems Engineering, where management of engineering teams and HR activities for large staff groups was essential. Robert holds an MBA in Management from Miami University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Kettering University, complemented by a high school diploma with honors from Hamilton Taft High School.
