Adam Burns

Adam Burns has a solid work experience in the field of DevOps engineering. Adam is currently employed as a Senior DevOps Engineer at DuploCloud since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Yellow Desert Consulting, LLC as an Owner from January 2021 to December 2022, where they partnered with leaders and engineers to plan, implement, and improve cloud infrastructure, and wrote proposals that increased revenue. Before that, Adam was a Technical Lead at Ordinary Experts from July 2017 to February 2021, where they contributed to proposals, developed roadmaps, and played a key role in planning and implementing cloud infrastructure. Adam also has experience working as a Senior DevOps Engineer at Intuit from August 2015 to March 2017, where they developed automation for AWS deployment and introduced test driven development in Chef. Their earlier experience includes working as a Production Operations Lead at BrightScope from February 2014 to February 2015, where they led a team in maintaining production infrastructure and improved response time to user and customer requests.

Adam Burns attended the University of Oregon from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Japanese.
