Joelle Sturm

Joelle Sturm has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Joelle is currently working as a B2B Marketing Manager at duPont REGISTRY since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Cardinal Health from December 2019 to July 2021, where they held roles as a Sales Consulting Manager and Sales Enablement Manager. In these positions, they supported multiple sales teams, implemented strategies for sales success, and contributed to significant sales increases.

From August 2018 to December 2019, Joelle worked at Santander Bank, N.A. as a Business Analyst & Operations Manager. Joelle oversaw initiatives for continuous improvement, identified areas of improvement using data and analytics, and played a key role in improving overall customer service.

Before that, Joelle worked at Nike from September 2017 to July 2018 as a Loss Prevention Specialist. Joelle implemented strategies to reduce store risk and loss, recovered stolen merchandise, and trained store staff in loss prevention and emergency crisis management.

At Nike, they also held positions as a Sales Project Manager from April 2015 to April 2017, an Operations Manager from April 2014 to July 2015, and an Administrative Assistant from August 2011 to April 2014. In these roles, they focused on improving customer sales, implementing projects for sales growth, and managing store operations.

Additionally, Joelle worked as a Teacher's Assistant at Foxborough Public Schools from September 2011 to May 2012.

Joelle Sturm attended Johnson & Wales University from 2012 to 2016. During this time, they acquired a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Graphic Design & Digital Media in 2013, followed by a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Criminal Justice in 2016. Currently, Joelle is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing at Southern New Hampshire University, which began in 2023.
