Alex Kuilman

Alex Kuilman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and facilitation. As the Founder and CEO of The Top Team Practice since December 2023, Kuilman has also served as an External Facilitator for Egon Zehnder and McKinsey & Company since September 2015 and 2007, respectively. Additional roles include Co-Founder and Executive Vice President at Mobius Executive Leadership since 2007, and prior positions as a Lecturer at McGill Executive Institute from 2004 to 2007, Facilitator at Vantage Partners from 2001 to 2004, and Lawyer at Heenan Blaikie from 1996 to 2001. Kuilman's academic background includes an LLB in Common Law from Western University, a BCL in Civil Law from Université Laval, and a BA in economics from McGill University.
