Alexa Dembek

Alexa Dembek serves as Chief Technology and Sustainability Officer at DuPont since January 2016, leading efforts to assess and develop transformational science-based ventures aimed at accelerating business growth. Prior to this role, Dembek was Chief Technology and Sustainability Officer for Specialty Products at DowDuPont from September 2017 to June 2019. Dembek's experience at DuPont also includes positions such as Global Business Director for Energy Storage Venture, Regional Business Director for Performance Polymers, and Global Business Director for Kalrez® and Vespel® Performance Polymers, focusing on new business development and differentiated offerings. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Penn State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and Math from Northern Illinois University.
