Global M&a Integration Lead at DuPont Sustainable Solutions

Carlaine Earles has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Carlaine began their career as a Consultancy Services Resourcing Administrator at Computeraid in 1996. Carlaine then moved on to Syntegra, the systems integration subsidiary of BT, where they served as an HR Administrator from 1998 to 2000. Following that, they took on the role of HR TUPE Advisor at Syntegra, where they were responsible for supporting outsourcing projects and bids in a commercially competitive environment from 2001 to 2003.

In 2004, Carlaine joined DXC Technology as a Global HR M&A, New Business, Transactions & Transitions HR Advisor. Their responsibilities included HR due diligence activities and evaluation of employment costs on large complex outsourcing deals. Carlaine also contributed to written proposals and presentations. In 2009, they were promoted to the role of Global HR M&A & New Business Lead at DXC Technology, where they managed HR solutions in pre-sales and bid development on large complex deals. Carlaine also identified and mitigated risks associated with HR obligations in contracts and negotiated HR provisions.

Carlaine's next career move was to Deloitte Switzerland in 2017, where they became the Human Capital Mergers and Acquisitions Lead. Their focus was on building a Human Capital M&A go-to-market strategy in Switzerland, hiring and developing talent, and delivering projects to clients. Carlaine also prepared and presented sales proposals to client stakeholders.

From 2020 to 2022, Carlaine worked at Willis Towers Watson as the Human Capital Director - M&A Consulting - Europe. Their responsibilities included business development, creating a sales pipeline, managing complex team structures, and leading workforce transition and transformation projects primarily focused on M&A. Carlaine also diversified to help clients with outsourcing, restructuring, and shared service models.

Most recently, Carlaine joined dss+ in 2023 as the Global M&A Integration Lead.

Carlaine Earles completed a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development postgraduate diploma from Nottingham Trent University from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2003, they attended Farnborough College of Technology, where they completed the HR Core Management Programme. Additionally, they have acquired knowledge in Employment Law Updates, Events, and Publications through the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
