Catarina Fritzsche has work experience as a Business Process Analyst at dss+ since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Oracle Brasil as a Renewal Representative from September 2015 to February 2021, and as a New Talent from November 2014 to August 2015. Before joining Oracle Brasil, they worked as a Finance Intern at Robert Half Brasil from February 2013 to July 2013.

Catarina Fritzsche completed their secondary education at Paris High School in Arkansas, USA, from 2010 to 2011. Afterward, they pursued their higher education at Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance, General from 2012 to 2015.
