ESG & Sustainable Finance Manager at DuPont Sustainable Solutions

Charlotte Zhou has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Charlotte recently worked for dss+ as an ESG & Sustainable Finance Manager. Prior to that, they were a Senior Investment Reporting Analyst at Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM). Charlotte also worked at the IFRS Foundation and the Climate Disclosure Standards Board as a Stakeholder Engagement Manager. Charlotte gained experience in account management and institutional relations at Glass, Lewis & Co. Additionally, they worked as a Summer Investment Associate at ESR and as a Consultant at DI - Dansk Industri. Earlier in their career, they held roles as a Strategy and Business Development Manager at Greatop Science & Technology Development (Denmark) ApS and as an Investment Trainee at Invest in Denmark, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark. Charlotte started their career at Copenhagen Capacity as a Project Assistant in the China Division.

Charlotte Zhou's education history is as follows:

In 2006-2010, they attended Roskilde University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Technological & Socio-Economic Planning.

From 2010-2012, they studied at VoksenUddannelsecenter Frederiksberg and completed a program in Prøve i Dansk 3/Danish PD3.

In 2013, Charlotte took a crash course in Community Association Management at Frivillignet.

Later, in 2018-2020, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Notre Dame, specifically at the Mendoza College of Business. Charlotte completed the degree with a distinction of Cum Laude and focused on finance as their field of study.

Additionally, Charlotte has acquired several certifications, including being a Registered Practitioner of PRINCE 2 from APMG, and they have also completed Level 1 of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program. Charlotte has also undertaken training in the corporate reporting of climate and environmental matters in the European Union and the governance of climate-related risks and opportunities through the FSB Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD).
