Evans Addo has a diverse work experience in the field of renewable energy and engineering. Evans started their career as a Summer Intern at Wilkins Engineering Limited in 2017, where they supervised grid electrification activities and assisted with solar installation projects. In 2018, they worked as a Field Services Engineer at the Electricity Company of Ghana Limited. From 2019 to 2021, Evans worked as a Project Development Officer at The Quantum Group, where they were involved in the development and analysis of solar PV solutions for gas stations and the Head Office. Evans also engaged in wind turbine feasibility studies, power purchase agreements, and permit processing for large-scale wind farm projects. Additionally, Evans collaborated with the IT team to develop RFID solutions for LPG cylinder tracking. In 2022, they joined DSS+ as an Analyst.

Prior to that, from 2015 to 2019, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi.
