Komal Kothari

Komal Kothari has a diverse range of work experiences in finance, beginning in 2007 as an Intern at Ernst and Young. In 2009, they worked as an Industrial Trainee at Fortress Infracon Limited. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as an Analyst at Nomura. In 2012, they became a Manager of Accounts at an NBFC, where they were responsible for preparing financial statements and presenting analysis to the Board of Directors. In 2014, they joined The Walt Disney Company as an Assistant Manager of Finance, handling strategic planning and financial reporting for the consumer product segment. From 2017 to 2019, they were promoted to Manager of Finance at Disney, taking on additional responsibilities in managing operational plans and forecasting. In 2019, they transitioned to L.E.K. Consulting, working as a Finance Business Partner for the SEA region. Lastly, in 2020, they became the Head of Finance for India at dss+ (Dupont Heritage company), and in 2023, they will take on the role of APAC Regional Head of Finance at the same company.

Komal Kothari's education history includes various degrees and fields of study. From 1994 to 2002, they attended Canossa Convent High School. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Economics at R.A.PODAR College of Commerce and Economics from 2002 to 2007. Finally, from 2005 to 2010, they attended the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where they obtained a CA degree specializing in Financial Management and Accounting.
