Saad Irfani

Saad Irfani is an accomplished management consultant currently serving as the Principal and Operational Excellence Lead for dss+ in the ANZ region since 2023, focusing on the growth and delivery of the Operational Excellence practice. Previously, Saad co-founded Eclipse AI, which developed a top-ranked customer retention platform for SMEs. As the founder of UPvantage Consulting, Saad accelerated operational transformations for mid to large-cap businesses, realizing over $100 million in benefits. Saad has extensive experience at Partners in Performance, contributing to over 50 engagements with more than $500 million in benefits, and has held positions at Acumen and Houlihan Lokey, where significant financial advisory work was completed. Saad holds an MBA from INSEAD, a Bachelor of Science from the University of Virginia, and executive diplomas in Data Science for Businesses from Harvard Business School and Business Analytics from The Wharton School.
