Sumathy PG has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2011, they worked as an HR Summer trainee at PSTS shipping company, where they evaluated the effectiveness of the performance appraisal system. The following year, they had a brief stint as a Trainee at CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA, conducting research on the financial performance of the bank using the CAMEL framework. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Resource Executive at Sixsigma Softsolutions Pvt Ltd, handling end-to-end recruitment and managing multiple accounts. Sumathy then joined Pride Technologies Consulting India Private Limited as a Human Resources professional from 2016 to 2018. In 2019, they became an HR Executive at Igrid Consulting Solutions Pvt Ltd, and in 2020, they joined HTC Global Services as part of the Talent Capital Management Group. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Analyst in HR Operations at dss+.

Sumathy PG completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) from Anna University in 2010. Sumathy then pursued an MBA degree with a specialization in Human Resource and Finance from Anna University, which they completed in 2012. In September 2021, they obtained a certification in Excel Essential Training (Office 365/Microsoft 365) from LinkedIn.
