Yaya Diawara is a seasoned professional in safety culture and quality transformation, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at dss⁺ since September 2023, where support is provided for Perenco's work safely initiative program. Previously, Yaya held the position of Senior HSE Manager at JESA S.A. and served as Directeur Prevention Santé Sécurité at Eiffage au Sénégal from March 2019 to February 2023, specializing in civil engineering and construction. Prior experience includes roles as Directeur OHS for MAXAM, Angola QHSE Manager and Congo QHSE Manager at PREZIOSO Linjebygg, and France Chef de département Radioprotection at Onet Technologies, focusing on nuclear safety.
