Yulvan Bermana

Yulvan Bermana possesses extensive experience in operational consulting and continuous improvement. Currently serving at dss+ since July 2019, Yulvan has previously held the position of National Lean and Continuous Improvement Manager at Coca-Cola Amatil from February 2017 to July 2019, where leadership was provided to supply chain teams to foster a culture of Lean principles. Prior experience includes a role in Performance Improvement Advisory at EY, focusing on enhancing operational effectiveness across various plants in the Asia Pacific, and contributing to the Manufacturing Excellence Program. Yulvan's background also includes significant contributions at Newcrest Mining, where strategic project management practices led to substantial improvements in business processes. Yulvan holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hull and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Institut Teknologi Indonesia.
