Alexa Dembek

Alexa Dembek serves as the Chief Technology and Sustainability Officer at DuPont since January 2016, leading an organization focused on transformational science-based ventures to drive business growth. Dembek held the position of Chief Technology and Sustainability Officer for Specialty Products at DowDuPont from September 2017 to June 2019 and previously served in various roles at DuPont including Global Business Director for the Energy Storage venture and Regional Business Director for Performance Polymers. Dembek holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Penn State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry and Math from Northern Illinois University.
