Diego Paiva de Souza is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and technical services within the flexographic printing industry. Currently, as Regional Sales Manager for LATAM Direct & South Cone Channels for Cyrel® Solutions at DuPont, Diego leads strategic initiatives to enhance regional growth, optimize team performance, and strengthen customer engagement across Latin America. Diego's previous roles at DuPont include Electronics & Industrial Country Leader and Latin American Technical & Marketing Manager for Cyrel® Solutions. With a strong background in prepress education and technical support, Diego has also held positions at SENAI São Paulo as an instructor and at other notable companies in the graphic arts sector. Diego holds an MBA from the Escola de Administração de Empresas de São Paulo da Fundação Getulio Vargas and several other relevant qualifications in project management and graphic arts.
