Sébastien GUILLEMANT holds a Diplôme Ingénieur in Génie mécanique & productique from Ecole nationale d'Ingénieurs de Metz and a BTS in Conception de produits industriels from Lycée André Malraux. With extensive experience in production management, Sébastien has served as Directeur de production at DUQUEINE Composites Rhône Alpes since November 2015, overseeing a team of 120 personnel in the manufacturing of carbon fiber components for Airbus and Alpine. Prior roles include Responsable de production at BERTHOUD Agricole, managing up to 140 staff and implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and Responsable de fabrication at SEDIS, where Sébastien led operational teams and developed production processes. Additionally, experience as Chargé d'affaires BE involved designing innovative products and addressing client concerns.
