Bill Axtman

Bill Axtman is the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Duquesne Fund Services LLC. Prior to this role, Bill was a Partner in the M&A Practice Group at JONES DAY® from August 2015 to June 2021, and at K&L Gates LLP from September 2000 to July 2015. Bill earned a JD from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in 2000 and a BA in History from the University of Rochester in 1994.
