Coty Chetoka

Coty Chetoka, SHRM-SCP®, currently serves as General Manager of HR Operations, HRIS, and Benefits at Duquesne Light Company, where responsibilities include overseeing HRIS and People Analytics, Benefits, and HR Shared Services, while promoting data-driven decision-making. Previously, Coty was Sr. Manager of HRIS, People Analytics, and HR Shared Services at Black Box, achieving two promotions in 18 months and leading a global team. Earlier experience includes managing HR strategies at EFI, talent acquisition and development at Target, and compliance auditing at BNY Mellon. Coty began a career in human resources during college, holding various positions that reflect leadership and analytical skills. Coty holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Management, and Finance from PennWest Clarion.
