Lindsay Baxter

Lindsay Baxter is a seasoned professional in regulatory and clean energy strategy with extensive experience in environmental policy and sustainability. Since January 2018, Lindsay has held multiple managerial positions at Duquesne Light Company, focusing on regulatory and clean energy strategies. Prior roles include Program Manager at the Pennsylvania Environmental Council, where Lindsay organized a significant conference on carbon reduction and advanced low-impact hydropower initiatives. Additionally, Lindsay was selected as a McCloy Fellow in Environmental Policy, conducting independent research in Germany. Academic contributions include serving as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Pittsburgh and holding various positions in sustainability and environmental research earlier in the career. Lindsay holds a BA in Environmental Studies from Allegheny College, an MS in Environmental Science and Management from Duquesne University, and an Executive Education Certificate from Georgetown University.
