Michael Pacienza

Michael Pacienza is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in project management and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Senior Manager of the IT PMO at Duquesne Light Company since October 2017, Michael leads strategic initiatives to enhance the efficiency of Finance and Operations by implementing new financial, work management, and supply chain systems, collaborating with firms such as Accenture and Regulated Capital Consultants. Previously, Michael held significant roles at Giant Eagle, Inc. and Direct Energy, where responsibilities included overseeing large-scale IT projects and managing project teams. Additionally, Michael has experience in academia as an Adjunct Professor at Duquesne University, teaching enterprise systems to undergraduate students. Michael holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Duquesne University.
