Nick Borsa

Nick Borsa, CSP, PMP, is an experienced professional in construction management and safety, currently serving as the General Manager of Construction Management and Operations PMO at Duquesne Light Company since June 2012. In this role, Nick oversees a team handling annual construction projects valued at $220 million, ensuring project execution aligns with safety standards and quality controls. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager of Construction Management and Capital Projects Construction Supervisor, where Nick managed significant construction projects and led safety initiatives. Earlier positions at PPL Corporation and PPL Electric Utilities involved providing expert safety resources and support. Nick holds a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
