Ronald Dornin

Ronald Dornin is the Co-Founder and Vice President of Briskets fur Biscuits since January 2021 and holds the position of Manager, Lines Maintenance Program Planning at Duquesne Light Company, where responsibilities include managing a team of 10 engineers and technical specialists in a remote setting. Ronald's extensive experience at Duquesne Light also includes roles as Manager of Metering Systems, overseeing a team of 20 employees and managing a significant annual budget, as well as leadership in business process redesign initiatives involving a team across multiple departments. Prior experience includes serving as an Electrical Engineering Intern at Westinghouse Electric Company. Ronald earned an MBA with a concentration in Operations and multiple certificates from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Grove City College.
